How to make a NerF birthday cake with a twist.

If your cake is too big for your pan, you can use a standard cake pan.
You’ll need:2 cups cake flour3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 cup baking soda1 cup butter, melted2 cups sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 cups white chocolate chips1/2 cup buttercream4 eggs1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/8 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup sugar2 cups powdered sugar1 cup powdered chocolate chips (optional)2 cups icing sugarFor the frosting:1/3 cup butter2 tablespoons sugar1/6 cup powdered sugar2 tablespoons milk2 cups confectioners sugar1 teaspoon vanilla Extract1 teaspoon baking soda5 egg yolks1/5 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon salt2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon cocoa powder2 teaspoons cornstarch1/7 teaspoon saltFor the cake:1 cup cake flour2 tablespoons cocoa powder3/8 cup melted butter1 cup sugar1 stick of unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes2 eggs1 teaspoon of vanilla extractFor the filling:1 large egg white2 tablespoons powdered sugar3 tablespoons of confectioner’s sugar2/3 of a cup powdered white chocolate2 tablespoons unsweetied cocoa powderPreheat oven to 350°F.
To prepare the cake, melt the chocolate.
Place a large bowl of flour in a bowl, then whisk together.
Add in the cocoa powder and baking soda and whisk until combined.
Then add the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir until the flour is well combined.
Add in the eggs, then mix until well combined, then add the powdered sugar and confectionering sugar.
Scoop the batter into the prepared bowl, and smooth out the bottom.
Bake the cake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are golden.
Cool completely before frosting.
For the chocolate frosting, melt two cups of powdered sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the egg white, and whisk gently until the egg whites have dissolved.
Keep stirring until it is thick and glossy.
When cooled, add the chocolate, stirring until combined, and set aside to cool completely.
To make the chocolate icing, beat the chocolate until smooth.
Mix in the powdered white sugar and cocoa powder, and add to the chocolate mixture.
Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a whisk attachment.
Pipe onto the cake.
Spread the chocolate-colored icing over the cake with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar, then spread evenly.
Cut into bars or squares. Enjoy!
